This was one of the countries that disregarded the accords for the first few hundred years until the RCAE gained more power and started implementing the rules in a stricter way.
They are a race that has an average age of 80 years and tends to have a predisposition to nature essence elements like soil, wind, or forest.
On rare occasions, some of them may even be able to wield 2 essences at the same time.
