Sadly, the comic is strictly in spanish because the english translation lacks a lot of context. Here's the translation (and then the explanation):

PEACH: Hey, you! We have to talk about this obsession of yours, of dressing up with animal costumes!
MARIO: My name is "Trompita" now.
PEACH: F--K YOU, TROMPITA!!

SO, CONTEXT: "Trompita" translates to "Little Trunk", and it's the name of a baby elephant in a classic nursery song in spanish. The idea of Mario turning into an elephant by putting on some cheap cosmetic accesories, and then call himself "Trompita", made me laugh out loud for a considerable amount of time, so I decided to draw it.
I don't really know how could I make this joke work in english. If anyone has any idea, please let me know and I'll consider translating this.
