Here’s my entry/entries for OMOCAT’s Drawfest program!

In order of appearance:
1) original WHITESPACE
2) original HEADSPACE
3) redraw of a mirror screenshot with me and my friends ^_^

Here are some descriptions and explanations for certain aspects of my entries;

1) Before even thinking about the entirety of my own headspace, I thought to start small with my headspace: There’s a common theme of water here, as I personally find water and the ocean very relaxing. Three sharks circle the pink bed in the center of the room, with tall curtains that sprint seem to have an end. Sharks are my favourite animals, and so I had to include them as they do occupy a part of my brain. They also represent my struggle with anxiety and how I can never completely relax. We’re they in omori, they would work in the same way as the red hands: passive aggressive.
There’s quite a few references in the books here, too! My favourite games and series. :)

2) Coming up with a big map of my brain was a tough challenge, but an enjoyable one! Again the theme of water and sharks pops up here, most of my headspace is submerged in water. There are quite a few links to my childhood here represented in certain aspects, like the fair rides. Being British, these were very common in my childhood, although I was never a fan of rollercoasters, no matter the theme park. ヾ(´・ ・`。)ノ This piece is full of links and symbolism to myself in both the past and present.
*My map includes, left to right:
-A claw-shaped mountain
-A winding path lined with paper trees, each fit with different wordings
-A grand underwater palace
-An underwater market
-Underwater apartments
-A shark-themed pirate ship
-A dark, unnerving underwater sinkhole ..
-An incredibly pink residence, fit with a thick forest
-A theme park with an intimidating coaster *_*
-Shark-infested waters!

3) To finish off my three part entry, I decided to redraw a mirror photo as me and my two closest friends, who have been with me for 5 and 13 years respectively! Omocat spoke in her program about wanting to see our memories represented in these pieces, and to see people we’ve met, and so I just had to include two of the most important people in my life (๑꧆◡꧆๑)

Unfortunately I had my final exams this week, and so I did not have the opportunity to spend a lot of time on these pieces, apologies!
Thank you for reading, good luck to all participants! ☆
