星槎SeisaMatsuri Mizusawa from Citrus. She is taking a selfie while wearing her headphones and holding her lollipop. I like her because of little devil personality and wittiness. Other characters are great, though. Even many things she did to others in the anime were wrong, she would be a nice girlfriend if she just pranked others.
I adjusted her original clothes a bit in order to make it look more summer-styled. The shirt and the red coat turned to sleeveless ones, while the scarf became blue, smae color as her hoodie in Winter clothes.
