Chiyo into Poipole TF

I actually drew this in July last year, but forgot about it, hence the date on it. Digging it up again, I thought I'd might as well upload it.

The character we have here is Chiyo, an OC of HydroPopplio's, becoming a Poipole. After seeing this in my files again makes me want to go back to doing TF pictures again.
