To celebrate Tomoya Warabino's (蕨野友也) return to Tokusatsu as Ultraman Blazar, I made something based on his previous role, Kamen Rider Heart.
This time, I also brought in Akai Haato from Hololive's 1st Gen to create a fusion based on their shared name: Heart (ハート、はあと)
