masterdoodleMike and Allyssa were in a car accident. Mike was fine for the most part but his girlfriend lost her head and arms. luckily the brain was saved but the surgery for them was too expensive. Mike didn't want his girlfriend Brian to sit in a jar for the rest of her life.
when Allyssa finally regained consciousness she saw Mike's head and disembodied feet sitting on the chair next to her bed. she couldn't believe her situation and assumed Mike was like that due to the accident.
after long weeks of physical therapy they were able to go home. Allyssa was confused how they were able to afford a head transplant and lifesupport implants. Mike didn't want to tell her that he had sold most of his body so they could afford the surgery and assisted living.
