Louis-B42The Change Balloon (C-Balloon for Short) is a Variant of Mario's P-Balloon. Allowing the wearer to turn into a balloon person at will. Granting them the ability to float, inflate, deflate and regenerate if they pop! This transformation can also be reversed at will by pulling the balloon out from the body, allowing the balloon to be reused later.
