FrankcegsTowa 4!!!!!! This Completes the Towa Collection. There is not a single Towa outfit I don't absolutely adore. She's pretty in every outfit. Especially her New Year's one. This is my first time drawing an outfit like this, Very Pattern Heavy, was fun enough. I also tried some new things with the backround for this one. I will be posting a Towa Collection piece some time this week. Please look forward to it.
