Piruleta Chupete is a Sugar rush racer and a princess of the Chupete kingdom, that is located in a snowy place. Piruleta has hearing problems, so she wears hearing aids. When Piruleta is frightened enough, she will emit a loud ear-piercing scream which can let the ears of racers bleed from it. She has a Teddy-Bear companion which can transform into a real bear itself, which is named ChuChu.
