Salli's Missing Ribbon

After some reckless flying and shiny collecting. Salli the Balloon Harpy finds that the blue ribbon sealing her knot has gone missing. Though being a bit of a bird brain, she was too distracted by the whistle of the air leaving her knot and the sensation of her shrinking and weakening body to really do anything about it.
