A human-like yokai with no facial features, Noppera-bo are mischievous yokai as they just love to scare humans. They are rather harmless like other yokai that just like to scare people, and can be friendly towards humans. Though they don't face, they can transform their blank faceless features into any face they want, this is also devious when they want to prank humans.
Since Noppera-bo are so similar to humans and rather harmless by yokai standards, they will get married to humans and have children. Though the urge to prank people doesn't fade, so they will scare neighbors, family, and friends.
