- My thought:
“Martial-art is one of my favorite genres and this season adapts it successfully, which is a huge plus for me. The “rivalry-students” flick is not something new, but the way these characters perform makes the story somewhat interesting, especially Casey and Jarrod. Speaking of Jarrod, this guy really earns the tittle as one of the best antagonists in Power Rangers. I love how this season fairly shows the progress journey of both sides. The conflict of different ideals in martial art and how each side show their strength and weakness in their motives are the amazing core of PRJF. However, since the main story is so good, the other filler-episodes are so bland in comparison. The Opening song is kick-ass again, which is perfectly for this martial-art Power Rangers team. I wish they had some improvement for the Zords though, the small number of Zords is fine but the dull combination of Zords is a letdown for me. Overall, i enjoy this season ! Great adaptation with a great Power Rangers story !
