The second is Miia favourite gay bestie, Balko. Small change, Balko has these flame-like tattoos on his limbs (his arms and legs). Since blue flames are way more risky, dangerous, and difficult to control than regular flames, it can easily burn its user, even if they already mastered controlling blue flames. In order to prevent the users from getting burned while using blue flames, they use a special fireproof material to paint these tattoos on the user’s limbs. These tattoos have a 2in1 fipunction: they protect the user from the burns, and they help the user control the flames by sealing it (seal-function). Balko had this ability ever since he was an infant, but his parents thought he was possessed, so they gave him to the church, this is how he got to Clara, who raised him and trained him how to use his power. From the flame-users, only 15% is born with blue flames, and only 5% can control it. Legend says this ability is seen as a “blessing of Satan” since Satan is the guardian of the Hellflame which is also blue (what a coincidence).
