Funny that I used to have a copy of Devil Dice (US version I think) many years ago but didn't get the chance to fully play it since I thought it was a "difficult" puzzle game.
Until now that I started watching it more often along with the PS2 game Bombastic (XIゴ), it's a shame I missed the opportunity to try the series out. Yet then, I'll be able to play it in the future if there's an available time and space.
The only thing I remembered prior to knowing the game more was the US box art of Devil Dice, which somewhat shows the visual representation of what the gameplay will be like. Of course, the player won't be able to control more than one devil/Aqui in a Single Player game.
Anyhow, initially I didn't include the US box art character until I realized I should just because I find it amusing looking at the NTSC-U cover art again as well as the flyer that has the tagline "Devilishly addictive." So I think it wouldn't be fair if I didn't add the devil character presented in the Western design.
In short, this is my first Devil Dice / XI[sai] fan art to appreciate this obscure puzzle franchise.
Aqui (Rossi, Azul, Verde, Momo, and Huang) and the character in the PS1 NTSC-U box art of XI[sai] (Devil Dice) belong to their respectful owner(s).
