Law route (ロウ・ルート) scene in Shene Duque (シンジュク). I didn't realize that the music that plays at this scene was supposed to be SMT IV's Law theme... I always thought of it as the BGM for making me cry 😭
Check out all the biomechanical detail on the four Archangels! My thoughts on each:
• Herald Uriel (大天使 ウリエル): Uriel's biomechanical components are just so... gnarly 🦾😄
• Herald Raphael (大天使 ラファエル): I like how Raphael's biomechanical form looks the most like muscular sinew, a nod to his nature as a healer ✨
• Herald Gabriel (大天使 ガブリエル): I just love her demeanor, and listening to her voice ❤️
• Herald Michael (大天使 ミカエル): Michael's my favorite visual design of the SMT IV Archangels. His is the least human, and it's an interesting inversion to see him associated with serpentine imagery and the number 666 🐍
This was a large composition, taking me 100 hours to paint. Hope you guys like it too 😄
