In the early 2000s I was such a fan of Squaresoft that I blind bought any of their games (this trend ended in disappointment with FFX2 and FFXII).
To find The Bouncer and Chocobo Racing, I visited all the video game stores in the neighboring cities, but not only were they unavailable, they couldn't even be reordered.
I never found Chocobo racing, while I managed to find a used copy of The Bouncer by a friend who had bought it from a friend.
If I have to be honest I remember that I liked the game a lot, the graphic style and the fighting system were pleasant, the only flaw I remember is that the game was very short, but it required to be played several times.
The story of the game was worthy of a trash movie, but a good trash movie.
The versus mode was also a lot of fun and allowed you to play the story bosses and unlockable characters.
Although the internet today condemns this game, I have many good memories and I consider it one of the last beautiful games of the Square before the damn merger that ruined all.
