She's the alternate version of Akasma, who's considered a multiverse mass murderer and a yandere over another. :D
For years she's tormented the poor protagonist without her even knowing and eventually it comes to a point where they go head to head in battle.
She's wearing her casual outfit right now and as you can see, she formed a dual-bladed axe with her ki beads and slaughtered someone; the axe was sharp enough to make the person stick to the ceiling.
