FantasyTapoutThis fight was more of a struggle than Katarina expected. Kai'sa was surprisingly formidable, and MUCH stronger than the assassin had given her credit for. Even when Katarina thought she had the upper hand, landing a sound blow or pouring pressure into a submission, this KDA girl seemed like she wasn't even phased by the pain. Nothing slowed her down one bit. A change of strategy was going to be necessary.
Rather than continuing to attempt to out-position and out-maneuver her foe, Katarina seemed to slip a bit. Her stance narrowed a bit too far, and her center rose a bit too high. As anticipated, Kai'sa immediately dove for the bait. The popstar threw herself in, bringing the pair of them to the ground. Finally, a break for the assassin.
The stance was nothing more than a ploy to bait her target in. She wasn't off balance, her legs were bent and coiled like springs. As they fell, Katarina launched herself backwards, throwing her legs up toward Kai'sa's shoulders. With this new leverage, she twisted the pair of them mid-fall, physically throwing Kai'sa beneath her with the force of her thighs. As they landed, Katarina locked one leg behind the other, securing a triangle around her opponent's neck and one shoulder.
Now comes the fun part.
