Just another dumb idea I had for Izuku if he had the powers of the sea king from one punch man. Now stats wise he is not as strong as the Sea king but he is still strength wise I would say one of the stronger ones in the group.
Quirk- the deep sea
summary: allows the user to transform their body into a some type of seafolk mutant
powers: high physical strength levels, high durability, breath under water, regeneration.
weakness: heat or dry areas, needs to have a certain level of water in their body to transform or if dehydrated will revert back to their base form.
2nd level: "can only achieve when in heavy levels of rain or in pools of water" Higher levels of strength durability & regeneration, can command fish, corrosive spit,
Weakness: same as above, seems to be more beastly and more instinctual fighting. (some danger to allies around).
