Kitla: The Mad Valkyrie

In ancient Nordic legends, The Valkyries were powerful spirits who worked under Odin to collect souls destined for Valhalla. Each Valkyrie had their own field of expertise and often took on other jobs suited to their talents. A Valkyrie's existence was one filled with challenges and work.

Many of The Valkyries accepted their role in creation and could handle the stress. Kitla, however, could not.

Kitla had some sort of Madness within her that yearned for the feeling of pain and pleasure many mortals described experiencing during their lives. Through listening to their erotic tales, Kitla would claim to feel a passing sensation that totally dominated her mind and spirit. It was an addictive sensation that could only be manifested by listening to the warrior spirits describe their most helpless moments.

Valkyries were not meant to be capable of feeling such things, and as such, Kitla was dubbed "The Mad Valkyrie" by Valhalla.

Kitla quickly grew tired of her unending job and devised a plan to escape from Asgard. Summoning as much of the raw, unfiltered powers of creation, Kitla used The Madness inside her to forge herself a body of flesh to replace her spiritual form. This body would grant her the ability to explore her deepest desires while living among the mortals on Midgard.

Of course, this magic was forbidden and considered a great offense by Odin. By casting this spell, Kitla doomed herself to a life on the run. She would be forced to continually travel Midgard if she wished to evade capture by Odin. Despite this predicament, Kitla still found the time to indulge herself in pleasures wherever she traveled.
